At a young age, Alda has always been into health and wellness. Through her personal injuries, she was introduced to the incredible healing capacity of both chiropractic care and physiotherapy treatments. Upon recovering, she came to understand the strength in the ability for your body to perform at its optimal potential. While volunteering for the Calgary Distress Centre, she knew that her passion was help people both mentally and physically, which is why she entered her career into this! When she’s not on her feet at the clinic helping patients, you can surely find her at the gym, in the mountains and at the dog park making both human and fur buddies.
